Christ Apostolic Church Akinyele Region is gearing up for its 6th anniversary, hosting a special thanksgiving service on Saturday, 19 October, 2024. The event will take place at the CAC General Headquarters, which doubles as the Akinyele Region Headquarters, located at 28 Olowu Street, Ebute-Elefun, Lagos Island.
This significant anniversary service is expected to draw a large gathering of church members and clergy from across the region, uniting in gratitude for six years of divine faithfulness. The theme for this year’s celebration is “Spiritual Gifts and Power.”
Superintendent of Akinyele Region, Pastor Samuel Adeyemo Adedayo, shared his excitement: “This anniversary is a time to celebrate the spiritual gifts and power that God has poured into our lives as a people. We invite everyone to join us and experience the movement of the Holy Spirit as we give thanks for all He has done.”
The Akinyele Region was officially inaugurated by CAC authorities on Sunday 17 June, 2018, and is named in honor of the church’s first president, Oba I.B. Akinyele.
